Home > Destinations > Aliases > Add/Change an Comment Block
A comment block is a space in which you can add comments about one or more aliases. These comments are generally more lengthy than the comments that are part of the alias definition. Comment blocks can be added after any alias definition and before the first definition in the list. To see comment blocks the Show comments box must be checked.
To add a comment block:
Select Destinations in the main menu and select Aliases from the drop-down menu options. The Aliases window opens.
Select the check box to the left of the Show comments box. All existing comment blocks will be displayed.
From the aliases list, find the row where you want to add a comment block.
Left click on the row and select Add comment after from the pop-up menu. If you selected the alias definition in the first row, you also have the option of selecting Add comment before. The Add Comment window opens.
Enter your comment in the Comment field.
Click OK.
Click Close on the Aliases window.
To change a comment block:
