Add/Change a Format Comment

To add a comment block:

  1. Click Admin in the main menu and select Pcap formats from the menu options. The Printer Capability Formats page opens.

  2. Click the box to the left of the field Show comments. All existing comment blocks are displayed.

  3. If you want to add the comment at the top of the list, left click on the first row and select Add comment before from the pop-up menu options. If you want to insert the comment below a row, left click on that row and select Add comment after from the pop-up menu options. The Add Comments window opens.

  4. Enter your comment in the field.

  5. Click OK on the Add Comment window. 

  6. Click Close on the Printer Capability Formats window.

 

To change a comment block:

  1. Click Admin in the main menu and select Pcap formats from the menu options. The Printer Capability Formats page opens.

  2. Make sure the box to the left of the field Show comments has been selected and contains a check..

  3. Left click on the appropriate row and select Change from the pop-up menu. The Change Comment window opens..

  4. Change or add to the comment in the field.

  5. Click OK on the Change Comment window.  

  6. Click Close on the Printer Capability Formats window.
