You can assign an alias, an alternate name, to any output destination. In addition, you can assign parameters to the alias.
A destination may have several aliases. Aliases enable you to do the following:
Create an unlimited number of virtual destinations.
Redirect documents from one output destination to another.
Match remote non-EasySpooler destination names.
Create default parameters, such as banners or document separators
You can create aliases by clicking on Destinations in the main menu and then selecting Aliases from the menu options. The Aliases window opens and provides a table for the following information:

NOTE: You also have the option of adding a comment block that is more lengthy than the comment that is part of the alias definition. Comment blocks are only visible if Show comments is selected.
Since alias definitions are evaluated in the order they are listed on the Aliases window, you can decide where you want to add or insert a new alias definition.
