Using Paging

If you have enable paging, you will see a slide bar above the Active/Inactive Documents list. The slide bar will show the total number of pages to be viewed. The number of pages on the slide bar are based on the number of documents, for the selected document list View, and the Maximum entries per page that were entered when paging was configured for this user

To view documents on other pages:

  1. Click and drag the pointer to the appropriate page or click the paging buttons in the bottom left corner to move to the next or previous page of documents.
