Disable/Enable a Format or Delete a Format or Comment

To disable/enable a pcap definition:

  1. Click Admin in the main menu and select Pcap formats from the menu options. The Printer Capability Formats page opens.

  2. Left click on the end of the appropriate row and select Disable or Enable from the pop-menu options.

  3. If you want to disable or enable more than one definition, select the check box to the left of each definition and left click on any of the definitions. Select Disable or Enable from the pop-up menu options.

  4. To take a single action for all definitions, click the select all icon in the title section above the columns. Choose Select all from the menu options. Click on any of the definitions and select Disable or Enable from the pop-up menu options.

The icon for the definition(s) changes.

  1. Click Close on the Printer Capability Formats window.

 

To delete a pcap definition or comment block:

  1. Click Admin in the main menu and select Pcap formats from the menu options. The Printer Capability Formats page opens.

  2. If you want to include comment blocks, make sure that Show Comments is checked.

  3. Left click on the end of the appropriate row and select Delete from the pop-menu options.

  4. If you want to delete more than one definition or comment, select the check box to the left of each and left click on any of the rows and select Delete from the pop-up menu options.

  5. To delete all definitions and comment blocks, click the select all icon in the title section above the columns. Choose Select all from the menu options. Click on any of the rows and select Delete from the pop-up menu options.

  6. Click Yes on the confirmation window.  

  7. Click Close on the Printer Capability Formats window.
