You can monitor any direct network printer that supports SNMP. After you set up monitoring, you can view information about destination status, toner supply, approximate number of sheets in the input trays, and approximate number of sheets in the output bins. You can also opt to send email notifications based on this information.
After you set up monitoring, you can view information about a monitored destination. You can also view information about all monitored devices by configuring a new column layout view for the Destinations list window that includes the Device status column. We recommend that you take advantage of this option to facilitate monitoring of destinations. See Customize the View for more information.
