You may want to configure default mapping. Default mapping provides a user and/or group owner, and document permissions, for users who are not defined in a user map or a group map. See Mapping for more information.
Click Admin on the main menu.
Click the Security option and then select Default mapping from the second drop-down list. The Change mapping window opens.
Enter the name of a user in the Map to user field and/or the name of a group in the Map to group field.
Take the appropriate action:
If you do not want to set document permissions, leave the Map document permissions field blank and go to the next step.
If you do want to set document permissions, click the box Map document permissions and click the appropriate boxes under View and Modify.
Click OK.
To change a default map:
Click Admin on the main menu.
Click the Security option and then select Default mapping from the second drop-down list. The Change mapping window opens.
Make the necessary changes.
Click OK.
To delete a default map:
Click Admin on the main menu.
Click the Security option and then select Default mapping from the second drop-down list. The Change mapping window opens.
Clear all entries.
Click OK.
