Click Admin on the main menu.
Click the Security option then select User mappings from the second drop-down list. The User Mapping window opens.
Click +Add user mapping. The Add Mapping window opens.
Type the name of the user in the User field.
Enter a name of a user in the Map to User field and/or a name of a group in the Map to Group field.
Take the appropriate action:
If you do not want to set document permissions, leave the Map document permissions field blank..
If you do want to set document permissions, click the box after the Map document permissions field and click the appropriate boxes under View and Modify.
Click OK.
Click Close on the User mappings window.
To change a user map:
Click Admin on the main menu.
Click the Security option then select User mappings from the second drop-down list. The User Mapping window opens.
Click the select icon to the right
of the name of the user whose map you want to change. The Change Mapping
window opens for that user.
Make the necessary changes.
Click OK.
Click Close on the User mappings window.
To delete a user map:
Click Admin on the main menu.
Click the Security option then select User mappings from the second drop-down list. The User Mapping window opens.
Click the delete icon to
the right of the user's name on the User Mappings window.
