Security: User Mapping - Add, Change or Delete

User Mapping

To add a user map:

  1. Click Admin on the main menu.

  2. Click the Security option then select User mappings from the second drop-down list. The User Mapping window opens.

  3. Click +Add user mapping. The Add Mapping window opens.

  4. Type the name of the user in the User field.

  5. Enter a name of a user in the Map to User field and/or a name of a group in the Map to Group field.

  6. Take the appropriate action:

  1. Click OK.

  2. Click Close on the User mappings window.

 

To change a user map:

  1. Click Admin on the main menu.

  2. Click the Security option then select User mappings from the second drop-down list. The User Mapping window opens.

  3. Click the select icon to the right of the name of the user whose map you want to change. The Change Mapping window opens for that user.

  4. Make the necessary changes.

  5. Click OK.

  6. Click Close on the User mappings window.

 

To delete a user map:

  1. Click Admin on the main menu.

  2. Click the Security option then select User mappings from the second drop-down list. The User Mapping window opens.

  3. Click the delete icon  to the right of the user's name on the User Mappings window.
