You can access the management tasks for the EasySpooler servers in the following two ways:
Click Admin and select EasySpooler server from the menu options. Then select the appropriate option from the drop-down list.
To manage the EasySpooler server from the servers window:
Click Admin and select EasySpooler server.
Select Server status from the drop-down list.
The EasySpooler server window opens and includes:
Despooler Status (Up or Down)
Number of documents in the active state
Number of documents in the inactive state
Number of destinations EasySpooler manages. Click
the printer icon on the EasySpooler server window
to open the Destinations list and displays all destinations.
Number of destinations that are detached or disabled.
Click the printer icon on the EasySpooler server
window to open the Destination list and display only the detached
or disable destinations.
Number of problem destinations that are not ready
for processing. Click the printer icon on the EasySpooler
server window to open the Destinations list and display only the problem
destinations.
