An alert notifies you that the processing of a document has stopped and may require attention. Alerts only apply to documents on the Active Documents list.
NOTE: Do not confuse alerts with document status indicators or destination status indicators.
The following table lists the types of alerts that can display, along with the actions you may need to take, if any.

The document priority is too low for the destination's fence value. |
Either change the document's priority or the destination's fence value. |

The destination selected to process the document is currently busy.

The destination selected to process the document is currently detached. |
Either attach the destination or change the destination. |

The destination selected to process the document is not configured as an EasySpooler destination. |
Change the destination or add the destination to EasySpooler . |

The destination selected to process the document is not ready to print. |
Check the destination. It may need paper or another type of service. |
empty printer pool |
The printer pool has no members. |
Add members to the printer pool or change the destination. |
form not loaded |
The form required for this document is not loaded in the printer. |
Either make sure the form is loaded in the printer or, if appropriate, change the requirement. |
member detached |
All members of a failover printer pool have been detached. |
Reattach the members of the pool printer. |
no dynamic addr |
The destination selected to process the document is controlled by a PC that uses dynamic addressing. This PC is currently either disconnected from the network or turned off. |
Either turn the PC on or, if turned on, connect it to the network. |
permission error |
The EasySpooler administrator does not have read permission for the spool file associated with the document. |
Check the system umask settings in the security definitions. Look at the entries for Obey UNIX Perms and Create Permissions (u,g,o). |
pg count limit |
The document exceeds the page count limit for every member of the selected printer pool. |
Increase the page range for each member of the printer pool. |
scheduled |
The document is scheduled to be processed at a designated time and date in the future. |
Wait until the scheduled time arrives, change the scheduled time and date, or click the document and select Release from the pop-up menu to process the document on demand. |
