Click Destinations in the main menu and select Destination list from the menu options to open the Destinations list window. It lists all configured destinations.
The Destination list contains information you need to manage destinations. Each row in the table contains information about one destination. You can the Destinations list window to detach and attach destinations and if you have the necessary capabilities, you can also add and remove a destination. See Roles and Capabilities for more information.
The preferences bar enables you to look for information many different ways. You can also use the preferences bar to customize the view.
The fields on the preferences bar are described below:
View - Select from several different views or customize the view. See Customize the View.
State - Select a specific destination state to display
Preferred Only - Select if you want to limit was is displayed based on your preferences. See Preferences.
Search - Select options to limit what is displayed. See Search for a Destination.

After
you have made changes on the preferences bar you can click the disk
icon
at the end of the bar to save them as the default for your user. See
Save
Your Own Default View.
Click
the download icon to save the contents of the
document list to a CSV file. See Save Destination
List Contents.

Find a destination for an alias
Change the destinations displayed
You can sort destinations by clicking the column heading by which you
want to sort the list. A caret appears next to the
column heading to indicate that it is the primary sort column. If you
click the column heading again, the sort is reversed and the direction
of the caret changes. If you click another column heading, that column
becomes the primary sort column. A text column is sorted alphabetically
and a numeric column is sorted numerically.
Tips:
To take action on a single printer, click on the row and select an action from one of the options on the pop-up menu.
To take a single action for multiple destinations, click the check box for each destination and then click on a row and select an action from one of the pop-up menu options.
To take a single action for all destinations, click
the select icon in the title section above the
columns and choose Select All
or Select None.

Text entered by the user who set the destination status to detached, describing why the destination was detached. Reason why disabled, if a remote destination. |
Spooling Off |
Displays Off if spooling is not allowed to this destination. |
Queued |
Number of documents in the processing queue for this destination. |
Inactive |
Number of documents in the inactive queue for this destination. |
Form |
The name of the form currently loaded in the printer tray for this destination. |
DTypes (Data Type) |
Data types accepted by this destination, such as ASCII, PCL, or PostScript. |
Cap (Capability) |
Capability type. Designates the format definitions that EasySpooler should select from the printer capability (pcap) file when processing the document. |
Protocol |
Type of communication protocol between the EasySpooler server and the printer, such as local, direct network, or remote. |
