Click Documents in the main menu it includes a menu options for Active documents and Inactive documents. An active document is currently in the processing queue, and an inactive document has already been processed, but remains available for the length of time set by the administrator or user who submitted it for delivery. From the Active Documents list, you can hold and release a document, change a document’s output destination, and perform other document management activities. From the Inactive Documents list, you can reactivate a document and delete a document.
