Preferences

You can customize the following aspects of the Web UI:

 

To set your preferences, Click Config on the main menu and select User preferences from the drop-down list. The User Preferences page opens.

 

Start Page

This selection allows you to choose which page is the first page displayed immediately after you log in

If you have finished modifying the user preferences click OK. To add preferred destinations to your user preference, continue with Preferred Destinations below

 

Preferred Destinations

Add destinations to the preferred destinations list to limit the Destination List and the Destination Map pages to display only your preferred destinations when Preferred Only is selected. This will also limit the Active document and Inactive document lists to show documents only on your preferred destinations, if Preferred Only is selected. To select preferred destinations:  

  1. On the Users Preferences window, click +Add Destinations the Select Destinations window opens.

    1. On the Select Destinations window, in the Search field type all or part of the information for which you want to limit the list of destinations displayed for selection.

    2. To select preferred destinations, click on the name of the printer. The destination is moved to the Selected Destinations list. To remove a printer from the Selected Destinations list, click the delete icon next to the printer name.

    3. After you have completed your selections, click OK. The User Preferences window reopens.

NOTE:  If you do not select any preferred destinations, all destinations appear on the Destinations list and Destination Map windows. Also, all documents for all destinations will appear on the Active Documents and Inactive Documents windows.

  1. If you have finished selecting the Start Page and adding preferred destinations, click OK on the User Preferences page.
